Terms of Purchase

These Terms of Purchase apply to every order you submit and complete on our website. When you place an order, you confirm that you have reached the legal age of majority in your location, or you hold permission from a legal guardian to make the purchase, and you agree to these terms together with all other published store policies.

All product prices shown on the website are stated in USD. The price displayed at checkout is the full amount you will pay. Complimentary shipping and all relevant duties and import fees are covered by us, so you will not face extra charges upon delivery.

Submitting an order counts as an offer to buy the selected products. We keep the right to accept or decline any order. Circumstances that may lead to order cancellation include confirmed pricing errors, product stock shortages, suspected fraudulent activity, or shipping carrier restrictions for certain destinations. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, a full refund will be sent back to your original payment method.

We work to describe our products accurately and use photos to show product appearance. Minor differences in color, texture and visual look may appear because of varying screen displays and small production batch variations. These subtle differences do not automatically qualify an item for return unless the delivered product is materially different from our core product description.

Your order will be processed and shipped following our Shipping Policy. Orders have a preparation window of 1 to 3 business days, with estimated delivery falling between 6 to 12 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Returns and refunds are managed strictly under our Refund Policy. You have a 60-day return window starting from carrier delivery confirmation. Approved refunds take 5 to 10 business days to process after returned goods are received and inspected.

Ownership and risk of loss for purchased items transfer to you once the shipping carrier takes possession of your package. We are responsible for handing the package over to the carrier, while transit and carrier handling are managed by an independent third party.
